Compugeeks
was founded in Lansing, MI in the middle of 2000 with one simple belief:
Technology should simply work. By building relationships with our clients
over the past six years, we have grown our business to include Custom
Built PC's, Servers and Notebooks, Computer Repairs and Upgrades, Home
and Business Networking, Website Hosting, Hosted Exchange Services,
Live Remote Assistance and full Website Development and Graphic Design
departments. In 2004, we moved our headquarters to Farmingdale, NY.
Also in 2004 we added two new divisions to our company: Our Web Development
department which provides Web Sites, E-Commerce, Email, Hosting and
Custom Developed Applications, and our Graphic Design department which
offers complete design for all printed material.
Our Web Development team brings a unique vision to Web Development that encompasses style and sensibility combined with easy navigation and flexibility. Our capabilities consist of:

- Standards Compliant CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) Development
- Flash Animation
- Development of Web-Optimized Custom Graphics

Our Graphic Design team is lead by Jeff McLary, a staple in the Graphic Design industry for the past 17 years. The designers in our Graphic Design department utilize Quark Xpress for document layout and pre-press set-up; Adobe Illustrator for all digital illustration; and Adobe Photoshop for photograph enhancement and color correction. We are capable of conceptualization and design of all printed material including brochures and newsletters, stationery and business cards, advertisements, CD packages, annual reports, and journals. We also offer a wide range of illustration services including logo design and technical illustration.
In 2007, we unveiled our LiveGeekSupport and Hosted Exchange services. LiveGeekSupport allows our technicians to fix your PC over the internet instantly and securely, without a technician every having to come to your home or office. Our Hosted Exchange service gives you all of the benefits of an in house Exchange server, without any of the maintenance. 2008 brings us to our new corporate headquarters located at 621 Fulton Street in Farmingdale. With our expansion, Compugeeks is now your one source for Information Technology, Web Development and Graphic Design!
