The Culinary Academy of Long Island has been working with Compugeeks for the past four years. Licensed by the New York State Education Department, the academy provides various courses to prepare students for employment in the culinary industry. Some of these performance-based occupational training courses include cooking, baking and pastry arts, and hotel and restaurant management. The Culinary Academy of Long Island’s goal is to provide students with the confidence and foundation to perform at their highest potential.
