Anthony V. Falcone, Esq. is an associate attorney in the Elder Law and Medicaid Departments of the Melville-based Law Office of Howard J. Atlas, P.C where he specializes in asset protection planning, Medicaid planning, disability planning, guardianships and estate planning.
As an associate attorney in the Elder Law and Medicaid Departments, Mr. Falcone supervises the preparation of Medicaid applications for both nursing home care and community-based home care, as well as prepares and executes complex wills and trusts for his clients. Mr. Falcone also heads the firm’s Guardianship Department and is a New York State qualified Guardian, Court Evaluator and Attorney for a Guardian. He is also a court-appointed Guardian for an AIP.
Mr. Falcone is also qualified to practice before the Veteran’s Administration. Featured in the Long Island Business News in the “Ones to Watch” section, Mr. Falcone is a member of the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations Elder Law and Trusts and Estates Committees, the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Committee, Suffolk Senior Umbrella Network and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. He graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and received his Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law.
